6.1 Hosting and server log files

Our website is hosted by an external service provider. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded. When you access the website, the web server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL. This data is used solely to ensure trouble-free operation and the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.

6.2 Contact by email

The contact form on our website does not transmit any data to our web server. When you submit it, your own email program opens with a prepared message. We only receive your details (name, email address, phone number if provided and your message) once you send this email yourself. We process this data to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6.3 Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection is made to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts).

6.4 Social media links

Our website contains links to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. These are simple links, not embedded plugins. When you click a link, you leave our website and the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

6.5 Savings calculator for fleet operators

The savings calculator on our website runs exclusively locally in your browser. Values you enter are neither transmitted to our web server nor stored. We only receive the details contained in a prepared email once you create it via the “Send result and request a pilot” button and send it yourself. Section 6.2 applies to their processing.

Our website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools.
